Recent changes to the priority arrangements for skilled visa processing have created uncertainty around processing timeframes, particularly for offshore applicants. Following the introduction of Ministerial Direction 119, applications are now prioritised according to both the applicant’s location at the time of lodgement and, for certain applicants, their occupation. While early processing data is beginning to emerge, processing times remain an evolving picture and current figures should be treated as an indicative guide only. Join Fragomen's Australian immigration Partners for a 30-minute webcast as they discuss the latest developments and what employers need to know. During this session, we will cover: Interactive Q&A: We encourage you to submit any questions during the registration process.
