トランプ大統領は、就任直後から米国の移民施策に関する多くの大統領令を発令しましたが、就任から3ヶ月を迎える今日でも、当初予想された大きな混乱は未だ起こっていません。なぜならば、主要な大統領令は連邦政府機関に対しトランプ政権の方針に沿った政策立案を要請するものであったためで、今後具体的な政策が発表され導入されていくものとみられています。

そこで、今回のセミナーでは、トランプ政権の最初の100日を振り返り、そこで発表された大統領令や移民施策を説明すると共に、今後の移民施策とそれらの日本企業への影響を説明します。

President Trump issued a number of Executive Orders on U.S. immigration measures immediately after his inauguration, but even today, three months after his inauguration, there has yet to be the major disruption that was initially anticipated. This is because the major executive orders requested federal agencies to formulate policies in line with the Trump administration's policies, and it is expected that specific policies will be announced and introduced in the coming days.
